Hey! Today I’ve got something a little different for you, a film review! ‘Miss You Already’ recently came out on DVD and it’s one of the best films I’ve seen so far this year. It is a British film and stars Toni Collette (Milly) and Drew Barrymore (Jess) It is very tear-jerking but also comical ❤
‘When life falls apart, friends keep it together’
The basic storyline is that Milly and Jess have been best friends since they were kids and they have shared everything together. However, their friendship is put to the test when one tries to start a family and the other falls ill with cancer.
Milly gets breast cancer and just as she endures the ordeal of chemotherapy and a double mastectomy, Jess begins drug treatment for IVF. These struggles prove how important their friendship is and how they support each other.
Obviously I’m not going to spoil the ending, but all I can say is that it made me laugh and it made me cry. It is such a beautiful story that really puts a message out there about friendship and love. I personally would give this film a 9/10 ❤

I’m so glad you did this review! I saw this film advertised at the cinema a while ago and i really wanted to go and see it but i never got round to it. I forgot about this film but now you’ve reminded me I’m going to have to get the DVD and watch it! x
