Hey! To end the Christmas season and before we start a whole new year, I thought I would show you what I made for some of my family members for Christmas. I love baking and decided a more thoughtful gift would be good. So, I made Shortbread and used Christmas cutters to make them festive!
I used the Shortbread recipe for the BBC Website, if you’re interested in making some yourself ~
These are the only ingredients you need:
-
125g/4oz butter
-
55g/2oz caster sugar, plus extra to finish
-
180g/6oz plain flour
After I had made them I decided to put them into jars and decorate them with ribbons and bows. This made them look really nice and look like more of a present.
Here are my finished Homemade Shortbread Gifts:
Thank you so much for reading! ❤
